Job Title: Part-Time Mobile Retail Assistant (JD Mobile)
Hours: 20 per week
Schedule: Sat–Tue, 5 hours/day
Location: Hinckley
Age Requirement: Must be 18+ due to sale of age-restricted products (e-cigarettes/vapes)

Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ (role includes selling age-restricted products such as e-cigs and vapes)

  • Available to work Saturday–Tuesday, 5 hours per day (20 hrs/week)

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Confident using smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming devices

  • Basic ability to troubleshoot common tech issues (e.g., phone setup, app installs, connectivity problems)

  • Interest in mobile phones, tech, and gaming

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Right to work in the UK
